St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - Toronto Raptors president and general manager Bryan Colangelo was named NBA Executive of the Year on Monday.
After 15 years in Phoenix, the 41-year old Colangelo joined the Raptors in 2006 and began building a playoff contender around star forward Chris Bosh.
