IRL: Kanaan leading after 113 laps as rain halts race
Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Tony Kanaan is leading the 91st running of the Indianapolis 500 after 113 of 200 scheduled laps. The race has been delayed due to rain. If they can't restart the race, he will be declared the winner because the race is more than half completed.
Marco Andretti, Danica Patrick, Vitor Meira and Dario Franchitti make up the top-five. Pole winner Helio Castroneves has rebound to sixth place after having a fuel filling problem on his second pit stop that left him in 29th.
Roberto Moreno is out of the race after crashing on lap 38. Also out are Jon Herb, Milka Duno, John Andretti and Phil Giebler.
