Formula 1: Hamilton captures Canadian GP

Montreal, Canada (Sports Network) - Rookie Lewis Hamilton captured Sunday's Canadian Grand Prix and in the process won his first career Formula One race. The No.2 McLaren Mercedes driver crossed the finish line 4.3 seconds ahead of Nick Heidfeld.
Alexander Wurz, Heikki Kovalainen, Kimi Raikkonen, Takuma Sato, Fernando Alonso and Ralf Schumacher completed the top-eight.
