Orlando is still on the outside looking in

(Sports Network) - The addition of Rashard Lewis does not make the Orlando Magic a team that will be feared in the Eastern Conference. He is a scorer, but will not be a difference maker.
Lewis, who turns 28 on August 8th, is coming off the best campaign of his nine-year career and was awarded with a lucrative contract.
