European PGA Tour: Cabrera and Rose on top at BMW PGA

Surrey, England (Sports Network) - Angel Cabrera posted a six-under 66 on Friday to join overnight co-leader Justin Rose, who birdied his last three for a 70, in the lead after two rounds of the BMW PGA Championship.
The pair is knotted at eight-under-par 136 and is one ahead at Wentworth Club's West Course.
Ross Fisher (67) and Marcus Fraser (70) are tied for third place at minus- seven.
Paul Broadhurst, who shared the first-round lead with Rose, shot an even-par 72 on Thursday and is tied with last week's Irish Open winner Padraig Harrington (69), Miguel Angel Jimenez (68), Shiv Kapur (71) and Matthew Millar (69). The group shares fifth place at six-under-par 138.
Cabrera, the 2005 winner and runner-up the previous year, started off with a bang at the first. He hit a three-wood off the tee, then holed his eight-iron approach for an eagle, which was especially impressive considering he bogeyed the hole on Thursday.
