LPGA Tour:Sorenstam (not that one) leads Corning Classic

Corning, NY (Sports Network) - It is not unfamiliar to see the name "Sorenstam" atop an LPGA leaderboard. What is shocking is when it's not Annika.
Charlotta Sorenstam, the non-exempt younger sister of LPGA star Annika Sorenstam, fired an eight-under-par 64 and is front after the first round of the LPGA Corning Classic.
"It was great," said Charlotta, referring to her name being at the top of the leaderboard. "I was hoping they would put a C. in front so everybody knew it was me."
Beth Bader is alone in second place after an opening-round, seven-under-par 65 at Corning Country Club. Paula Creamer, Jamie Hullett and Shi Hyun Ahn are tied for third place at minus-six.
They are chasing the sister of the game's top star.
With her older sister set to return to action next week after a recovery from back and neck injuries, Charlotta Sorenstam took advantage of simple scoring conditions.
She began on the back nine and rolled in a 15-foot birdie putt at the 11th. Sorenstam drained a 12-footer for birdie at 15, then came right back with a two-footer for birdie at 16.
