Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Braves cut ties with struggling left-hander Mark Redman on Tuesday.
Signed after the loss of Mike Hampton, Redman went 0-4 with a robust 11.63 ERA in six appearances for the Braves, including five starts.
To take his spot on the roster, Atlanta recalled pitcher Joey Devine from Double-A Mississippi.
